STATEMENT OF ROSTOV NUCLEAR PLANT MANAGEMENT, 
A BRANCH OF ROSENERGOATOM CONCERN OJSC 
ABOUT PERSONNEL POLICY

Basing on the principles and requirements stated in the Principal directions of the personnel policy of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC, management of Rostov Nuclear Power Plant, a branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC orders that only qualified personnel may be engaged in carrying out the functions having impact on safe, reliable and effective work of Rostov NPP and declares the following main directions of the personnel policy.

1. Planning of personnel work basing on the strategy of Rostov Nuclear Power Plant, a branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC
2. Selection and recruitment in accordance with regulatory documents
3. Conducting of a career guidance for students in order to attract them into the sphere of nuclear energy and implementation of the principle of competitive selection of students and graduates for further work at Rostov NPP
4. Development of qualification requirements for positions and occupations, continuous monitoring of personnel skills and competency of Rostov NPP branch.
5. Control of quality of the personnel training, maintenance and professional development system.
6. Career planning by the plant employees (taking into account the needs of production and professionally important qualities of the employee).
7. Substitution of the vacant posts of NPP managers and specialists on a competitive basis – out of employees in reserve, properly trained and having the necessary skills and competency.
8. Increasing of employees’ interest in a safe and efficient operation of the enterprise basing on a systematic assessment of the results of productive activities, material and moral motivation.
9. Using experience of veterans of nuclear energy and development of a mentoring system for the professional achievement of young workers, preservation and transfer of accumulated knowledge.

With the publication of this Statement, all the heads and specialists of Rostov Nuclear Power Plant, a branch of Rosenergoatom Concern” OJSC, taking part in human resources management shall comply with the provisions of the above mentioned policy.
