Salnikov Andrey Aleksandrovich was born in 1960 in Neftekamsk. 

Having graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute in 1986 with specialization in “Nuclear Power Plants and Units”, he worked at Zaporozhe NPP as an Operator of the Reactor Department of the power unit under construction, the Curator of construction works on the fifth power unit of the nuclear plant. After start-up of the fifth power unit he was transferred to the sixth unit of NPP as a Turbine Control Lead Engineer. He worked as the Shift Supervisor of the Reactor Department, Unit Control Lead Engineer, and Unit Shift Supervisor.

He arrived at Rostov NPP in 2000, where he worked as the Unit Shift Supervisor, Plant Shift Supervisor, and Deputy Chief Operating Engineer. In 2006, he was appointed to the post of the Chief Engineer of Rostov NPP, a branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC.

He was awarded gold and silver medals, a medal of Energoatom Concern OJSC “For Merits in NPP Safety Improvement”, Diploma of Merit from Rosatom, the “Order of Merit for Country of the II Degree”.

Zhukov Aleksey Gennadievich

Was born in 1963 in Cossack village of Krasnodar Territory.

In 1986 graduated from Obninsk branch of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, specialized in Nuclear Power Plants and Installations. Worked by distribution at Khmelnitsk NPP.

In 1993 was transferred to Balakovo NPP.

He began his work at Rostov NPP in 1999 as Deputy Chief of the reactor shop. After, he held a post of Chief of the reactor shop and Deputy Chief Engineer for operation.

Awarded with the medal of Rosenergoatom concern For Merits in Improving Safety of Nuclear Power Plants and award pin For Services to the Nuclear Industry.

On January 23, 2012 successfully defended his thesis for the degree of PhD in technical sciences.
