How to get to the building (Holodilny Lane, 3a): metro station «Tulskaya»,exit from the last metro wagon car coming from the center of the city, turn left from the subway exit, go along the shopping center «Bolshoy Tulskiy», cross the tram tracks and the building of the REA will be on the left side.

For entering you need a required pass (must be ordered in advance) and a passport, the pass office is open from 8.30 to 17.30.
