Federal Tariff Service has approved a plan for Rostov NPP for electric power output in 2012 in the amount of 14 billion 724 million kWh of electric power.

In 2011 Rostov NPP hit the target on electric power output for 106,6%. With the planned volume of 14 billion 827 million kWh of electric power, actually produced was 15 billion 803 million 700 thousand kWh. Unit capability factor (UCF) in 2011 made 90,21% of the planned 83,64%.

In 2010 the staff of Rostov NPP provided the output of 12 billion 314 million 610 thousand kWh of electric power by running the plan for 108,7% at UCF of 89,14%. Annual target for electric power output was fulfilled ahead-of-schedule – on 11 December. 

In 2009 the staff of Rostov NPP provided the output of more than 8 billion 321 million kWh of electric power, the annual plan was realized for 109,6 % at 95% UCF. The target on electric power output was hit on 1 December ahead of the schedule for almost a month.

In 2008 Rostov NPP worked out 8 billion 120 million kWh of electric power (of 7 billion 498 million kWh planned). The plan was realized for 108,3 percent. At the 85,36 % UCF, its real rate made 92,45 percent. Comparing to 2007 the plant produced almost 500 million kWh of electric power more.
