On June 2, 2012 Metropolitan of Rostov and Novocherkassk Mercury arrived with working trip to Rostov NPP. It was the first visit of the Primate to Volgodonsk and the nuclear power plant after his assignment to the post of Metropolitanate Head at the end of last year.

On June 29, 2012 the technical support mission of the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) finished on June 29, 2012 at Smolensk NPP. It was attended by the experts of Moscow, Atlanta and Paris Centres, representatives of Paks NPP (Hungary), Kozloduy NPP (Bulgaria), All-Russian Research Institute for NPP Operation (VNIIAES) and Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC.

On June 29, 2012 a delegation of heads and teachers of educational institutions of Veliky Novgorod made an inception visit to Leningrad NPP. The event was organized at the request of the Committee of Education of Sosnovy Bor Urban District and was included in the seminar program in exchange of the teaching experience, which passed last week in Sosnovy Bor.
