The Smolensk NPP power units have developed 1 billion 86 million kilowatt hours of electricity for 20 days in July. It has been produced 13 billion 34 million kilowatt hours of electricity since the beginning of the year, over the plan - 649 million kilowatt hours.

The radiation background is unchanged and corresponds to natural values on an industrial platform of the Smolensk nuclear power plant and the surrounding territory.

The Smolensk nuclear power plant is a branch of the JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom". The SNPP annually issues on the average about 20 billion kilowatts hours of the electric power into country power supply system, that constitutes about 13% of the energy, developed in «Rosenergoatom Concern», and more than 80% of the Smolensk region energy, developed by the power entities.
