The planned emergency control of general fire training, during which the practical skills of interaction of operating personnel shifts, enterprise management and fire brigade units in contingency situation at the station were worked our, was held on February 13, 2015 at the Novovoronezh NPP.

As the first deputy chief engineer for operation of the Novovoronezh NPP Sergey Witkowski noticed: "The past practice has once again confirmed the high readiness of operational staff, supporting units, including the Federal Fire Department, to act in emergency situation."

Operating personnel shifts №1, 2, 3 and foremost of the electrical circuitry of the NVNPP participated in training, fire brigades of the FBS MES Emergency Situations Ministry and the operational group of engineering support personnel shifts were also involved in. Staff units acted arbitrarily, division of the Federal Border Service Emergency Situations Ministry extinguished the putting out of fire.
