Construction of the Novovonezhskaya nuclear power plant: there is first tension!
On October 8, 2013 on reserve transformers of the normal operation power supply building of the Novovoronezhskaya nuclear power plant power unit under construction the first tension has been given.
Technological transaction has been executed just in time. It is the second stage of giving tension for own needs of the power unit under construction that gives the chance to continue further connection of the equipment.
Works on installation and adjustment of electric equipment are being carried out by forces of specialists of JSC «Elektrosevkavmontazh», and construction part – by JSC «Joint Energy Corporation» and the Prime contractor of JSC «Atomenergoproekt».
The current information about a radiation background around the nuclear power plant of Russia and other objects of the nuclear industry is provided on a site www.russianatom.ru.
