In October, 2013 power units of the Kurskaya nuclear power plant developed 1 billion 351,4 million kWh of the electric power. To consumers it is released by 1 billion 222,6 million kWh of the electric power.

In total from the moment of the start-up in 1976 of the Kurskaya nuclear power plant over 768 billion 224 million kWh of the electric power have been developed.

There are power units No. No. 3 and 4 in work as of October 22 of this year on the Kursk nuclear power plant. They work at the capacity established by the dispatching schedule. On power units No. 1 and 2 planned repairs are being carried out.

The radiation background on the nuclear power plant and around its arrangement is at the level corresponding to normal operation of power units, and doesn't exceed natural background values.
