The Kursk nuclear power plant: in November 2,117 billion kWh of the electric power developed

In November, 2013 power units of the Kursk nuclear power plant developed 2 billion 117,3 million kWh of the electric power. To consumers an amount of 1 billion 960,6 million kWh of the electric power was released.

In total from the moment of the Kursk nuclear power plant start-up in 1976 over 770 billion 341 million kWh of the electric power have been developed.

There are power units No. 1 and No. 3 in work at the moment. They work at the capacity established by the dispatching schedule. On power units No. No. 2 and 4 planned repairs are carried out.

The radiation background on the nuclear power plant and around its arrangement is at the level corresponding to normal operation of power units, and doesn't exceed natural background values.
