The Kursk nuclear power plant developed 2,343 billion kWh of the electric power in January

In January, 2014 the power units of the Kursk nuclear power plant developed 2 billion 343 million kWh of the electric power. The monthly task was performed for 104,9%.

2 billion 175 million kWh of the electric power (105,3%) were released to consumers.

In total the Kursk nuclear power plant has developed over 774 billion 975,6 million kWh of the electric power from the moment of thestart-up in 1976.

There are power units No. 1 and No. 3 in work at the moment. They work at the capacity established by the dispatching schedule. On power units No. No. 2 and 4 planned repairs are carried out.

The radiation background on the nuclear power plant and around its arrangement is at the level corresponding to normal operation of power units, and doesn't exceed natural background values.
