On July 4, 2014 at 9:00 MSK the power unit №1 was disconnected from the network by the request, agreed with the Joint Center for dispatching of energy systems and the operating organization of the JSC "Rosenergoatom" Concern.

The power unit was turned off to determine and eliminate the cause of the defect in the sensor, placed in the multiple forced circulation circuit (MFCC).

Unloading and stopping of the block were executed in accordance with the requirements of technological regulations and instructions. Upon completion of repair work the power unit will be included into the network.

There are power units No. 1, 2, 3, 4 in work at the moment. They work at the capacity established by the dispatching schedule.

The radiation background on the nuclear power plant and around its arrangement is at the level corresponding to normal operation of power units, and doesn't exceed natural background values.
