On May 11-12, 2011 about five hundred employees of 38 Kursk NPP structural subdivisions took part in a corporate social research of involvement.

This research is performed at Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC nuclear plants for the purpose of revealing of the company employees’ motivation level to achieve the best results.

The research was carried by questioning. Approximately each tenth of Kursk NPP employees regardless of his job, age or work experience answered a number of questions concerning different sides of the enterprise and the branch life. The workers had to estimate the company activity, labor organization and conditions, the opportunities of career promotion and the level of recognition of individual labor contributions and other factors influencing over the employees’ involvement.

The research organizers guaranteed total confidence of the questioning. In order to guarantee it an independent provider will process its results. The enterprise administration will receive only summarized analytical data.

“The level of involvement shows how much people wish and really use their efforts and talents to achieve the purposes of the enterprise and the branch”, Kursk NPP Deputy HR Director Alexander Apalkov commented on the involvement research organization. “Our aim is to consider every opinion and receive the most objective and full picture of the current events. It will help to reveal the resources for work improvement”.
