Kursk NPP: In November Plant Generates 2,685 Billion KWh of Electric Power

In November, 2012, Kursk NPP power units have produced 2,685 billion kWh of electricity.
Consumers received over 2,490 billion kWh of electric power.

In total, since the start up in 1976, Kursk NPP has produced over 745,936 billion kWh of energy.

Currently, Kursk NPP operates Units 1, 2, 3 and 4. They run at the capacity rated by the dispatched schedule.

The radiation background at the nuclear power plant and the adjacent territory is at the level corresponding to the power units’ normal operation and does not exceed the natural background values.
