The next meeting of the nuclear station director Victor Ignatov with young employees of the entity took place on November 21 on the Balakovo nuclear power plant. The chief engineer of the nuclear station Valery Bessonov, also the deputy director management Victor Basov and heads of structural divisions took part in it on personnel.

Gathered participants got the information on the actions implemented at the nuclear station after the previous meeting, results of work of the Balakovo nuclear power plant in 10 months of the current year and tasks on the near-term outlook, and also the social, personnel and financial policy directed on support to youth.

In particular, it was noted that the industry project acts on nuclear station “People of “Rosatom”  on creation oof specialists and heads of the small groups personnel allowance, allowing to receive the status of the candidate to appointment to higher position or to take part in strategically important project for the entity. The social programs concerning provision of housing, insurance, improvement work on the nuclear power plant. Growth of an average salary at nuclear station in 10 months of this year constituted 6,3% with a consumer price index growth in 9 months for 4,7%.

Within a meeting grand celebration of winners of the IV annual scientific and technical reports tender of the Balakovo nuclear power plant young employees passed.

In completion of the event young people got the opportunity to ask questions to the nuclear power plant management.

Summing up the meeting, the director of the Balakovo nuclear power plant Victor Ignatov told the youth which has gathered in the hall: “You need to think of the career already now. Everything is in your hands. The main thing for professional promotion at our or other station is the corresponding education, qualification and your desire. And we will give you support, after all hopes are laid on you”.
