Such meetings are held regularly at the nuclear power plant, they give young people the opportunity to get acquainted with information on manufacturing activity NPP, new programs and projects implemented in the enterprise. In addition, a meeting with the director is an opportunity to get answers to the accumulated problems, as they say, from firsthand.

In the conversation with the young people traditionally attended the heads of structural divisions of the station. She gave details of existing enterprise programs, participating in which young workers can improve their living conditions, rest and recuperate in Russian sanatoriums, get various social benefits and even provide their future pension.

Another topical issue were wages. About changes in the organization and wage growth prospects in iher report said the head of the organization and remuneration Olga Tingaeva.

Next was a solemn moment. Fourteen young workers under the applause of the hands of director of the station received flowers and a reward for victory in national and sectoral professional competitions. Many of them were awarded with the honorary title «Professional Engineer of Russia».

At the end of the meeting young nuclear scientists had an opportunity to ask their questions to the speakers and to the Director of the NPP Victor Ignatov. Those, who would have liked to talk personally with the director of the station, did it immediately after the event.
