On the Balakovo nuclear power plant a planned exit working meeting under the leadership of the deputy director general – the director of production and operation of the nuclear power plant JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern of Alexander Shutikov took place on November 5 and 6, 2013.

Representatives of the concern central office, heads of the Balakovo nuclear power plant and the main divisions of the station, and also JSC «Atomenergoremont» took part in work of the meeting. The main attention was paid to topical issues of the organization and increase of repair work efficiency, accomplishment of target indicators of the Production system Rosatom in case of the station equipment repair, interaction with JSC «Atomenergoremont». The second block of the meeting was devoted to strategic objectives of the «Rosenergoatom» concern concerning operating power units, including the Balakovo nuclear power plant, and ways of their achievement. Participants visited with a bypass a machine hall and a block control panel of the power unit No. 4.

«We discussed subjects, important both for concern as a whole, and for the station, – Alexander Shutikov told, summing up the work done for two day. – Cases in point were formulated even during work planning on the second half of the year. And considering importance of the objectives, in case of their implementation it is impossible to do without big discussion, what we did productively».

He also noted that work carried out by the Balakovo nuclear power plant as a whole, is, as before, «intense, purposeful, purposeful advance».
