On November 13 and 14 visit of representatives of Tszyansunsky corporation of nuclear power engineering and the Center for mechanical engineering industry development (China) passed in information center of the Balakovo nuclear power plant. The international seminar was devoted to the subject «Transition to an Eighteen-monthly Fuel Cycle».

Specialists of the Balakovo nuclear power plant acquainted the Chinese colleagues with the main indicators of nuclear station work, in detail told about opportunity and receipt of supervisory authority permission on operation of power units in the extended between-repairs cycles, upgrades of the equipment and operating experience in a mode of an eighteen-monthly fuel cycle, metal control in case of nuclear power plant operation. All subjects caused a great interest in representatives of the Chinese party, they actively asked questions, specified technical details.

Excursion on educational training and information centers of the Balakovo nuclear power plant and as a whole communication with the Balakovo specialists made big impression on foreign guests. «We are very glad to have an opportunity to communicate to representatives of the best nuclear station of Russia.
