The All-Russian antiemergency training on civil defense takes place in the Russian Federation during the period from September 25 till October 4, 2013.

Within the All-Russian antiemergency training on the Balakovo nuclear power plant will pass the command and staff doctrine on civil defense with practical working off of the following tasks:

- the notification of the nuclear power plant personnel, contract organizations and the population living in a 5-km zone round the nuclear power plant (Natalyino's village);

- actions on emergency evacuation of the personnel from a nuclear power plant industrial site;

- evacuation actions on combined and evacuation point (sport center “Forum”, the 11th residential district);

- actions on rescue forming on liquidation of conditional accident on hydraulic engineering constructions of the nuclear power plant, localization and liquidation of a conditional emergency situation on the nuclear power plant, including the organization of deactivation of the territory.
Forces and means of defense agency, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the personnel and rescue forming of the Balakovo nuclear power plant are involved in the All-Russian antiemergency training.

Use of aircraft, engineering and other special equipment, buses with conditionally evacuated citizens is provided around an arrangement of the Balakovo nuclear power plant during carrying out the training (from September 25 till October 4).

In a regular mode and activity of the Balakovo the All-Russian antiemergency training won't affect the work of the Balakovo nuclear power plant.
