November 23, 2012 – A festive concert dedicated to the Mother’s Day was held in the auditorium of the Culture Centre “Antares” of the trade union committee of Balakovo NPP.

On Friday night, on the eve of this bright event, the warm congratulation words were addressed to women who not only worked at Balakovo NPP on a par with their male colleagues, but brought up children as well. On behalf of the management and trade union organization of the plant, Chief of the Social Development Department, Yelena Gorbacheva, and Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union Committee, Alexander Bolshakov, congratulated Balakovo mothers with the holiday.

“For centuries, men decided the history, but every one of them, even the strongest warrior, was born by a woman – a mother. She is the heart blood and the fairest person that exists in life, her love remains with us for the whole life. Be healthy and happy, dear women!” A. Bolshakov addressed to the guests of honor.

 Nowadays 32 mothers of large families work at Balakovo NPP, this day they were honored in a special way – they received flowers and gifts under ovation of the audience. The festive concert of children’s creative teams of the centre “Antares” and performances of the popular Balakovo singers have become an addition to the plenty of warm words and wishes.
