«Energy of veterans - to future generations» - under such motto in the first decade of the November on the central Avenue of the Energy workers in Udomlya (satellite town of the Kalininskaya nuclear power plant) there passed the share on planting of trees.

The project initiated by the Council of veterans of the Kalininskaya nuclear station, was included into the list of assistance to development of municipalities Fund open public tender «Association of the Nuclear Power Plants Territories and an Arrangement» winners of among non-profit organizations on development and implementation of socially significant projects of municipalities of nuclear stations arrangement.

Along with veterans of the Kalininskaya nuclear power plant active part was taken by volunteers in action , athletes of Orion club and club of young parachutists-paratroopers «Free fall». In total 30 pines and 17 thujas were landed. Thujas were brought from Belarus, maples were provided by the Moldinsky rural settlement of the Udomlya area.
