A visiting meeting of document provision department (DPD) services’ heads of the State Corporation "Rosatom" was held from 28 to 29 May 2015 at the Kalininskaya NPP. The purpose of the visit was exchanging of experience in the practice of optimization and development of DPD.

A video message by the First Deputy General Director for corporate functions - the Chief Financial Officer of the State Corporation "Rosatom" Nikolay Solomon opened the meeting, in it he outlined the important role of DPDl services in the life of the State Corporation and divisions.

A key theme of the meeting was the use of "Rosatom Production System" during working with documents as well as the development and experience of joint industry workflow system (JIWS).

Head of the Document Provision Department at the State Corporation "Rosatom" Natalia Ageeva noted that the experience of using the joint industry workflow system solves some practical problems. It is a reduction in time in making management decisions, increase in productivity through fast processing and approval of documents, improving of executive discipline, savings by switching to electronic document.

The participants visited the production site of the Kalininskaya NPP, the exposure of the NPP’s Public Information Center, visited the Center of Culture and Art "Seagull Dacha" of the artistV.K.Byalynitskiy-Biruli during the meeting.

The Kalininskaya nuclear power plant is a branch of the JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom". The station is located in the north of the Tver region in the Udomelskiy area. There are four power units with water-cooled power reactors (VVER-1000) with installed capacity of 1000 MW each in the structure of the Kalininskaya nuclear power station.
