At the Leningrad NPP (Sosnovy Bor), with the direct support and participation of the plant management, a meeting on intra-corporate entrepreneurship and technology transfer was held with the participation of representatives of the Business Development Block of Rosenergoatom and Gazprom Neft. The participants discussed the roadmaps for the implementation of projects proposed by the Leningrad NPP employees, as well as issues of cross-organizational interaction.

Gazprom Neft specialists acted as expert consultants, talking about how similar processes are built and continue to be improved in their company.

In Rosenergoatom, these issues are solved by the Business Laboratory - a special project for the search and creation of new products, implemented in all subsidiaries and affiliates. The Business Lab allows you to apply the multidisciplinary competencies of your staff to create new products*.

During the meeting, Georgy Shchegolkov, head of the Business Laboratory, noted that the interaction of such large companies as Gazprom Neft and Rosenergoatom, which have a high scientific and technological potential, allows not only to improve the mechanisms for searching and creating new products and services more rapidly, but to achieve goals in the areas of import substitution and technological sovereignty of individual industries and the country as a whole.

A day earlier, at a meeting at the Gazprom Neft office, representatives of the Rosenergoatom Business Laboratory discussed the methodology for selecting and promoting business initiatives within the company, the use of digitalization technologies, shared their experience in effectively motivating and involving company employees in the innovation development process, as well as experience in creating specialized centers in the sphere of industrial innovation.

The next effective platform for interaction will be the Gazpromneft-Industrial Innovations laboratory and pilot kit.

The creation of new processes and the development of tools for the search, development, testing and scaling of domestic technologies is performed by the Technology Center for Industrial Innovations Gazpromneft - Industrial Innovations.

According to Olga Bryukhovetskaya, deputy director of the Department of International Business and Development of Rosenergoatom, such events are designed to unite the efforts of global players in the technology sector of the Russian Federation. “Today, as part of achieving strategic goals to multiply the share of revenue from new products, the nuclear industry and the Division, respectively, are faced with the task of creating the maximum synergistic effect in the interaction of large Russian companies,” she explained.
