Another Rosenergoatom information system has been included in the Registry of Russian Software

The Industry-Specific Datasets Registry information system that was jointly developed by Rosenergoatom, JSC (part of the Electric Energy Division of Rosatom) and the Tsifrum Private Nuclear Industry Digitalization Institution (Rosatom) has been included in the Registry of Russian Software.

The system supports the full cycle of work with datasets and implements the possibility of their reuse on different projects. The system allows you to significantly reduce the time and labor costs for preparing data for creating new models, as well as solves the important problem of the safe use of artificial intelligence at the enterprises of the industry.

“This is our third information system already that's been included in the Registry of Russian software. Registration in the registry gives us additional opportunities to participate in import substitution programs of other government organizations. The IT market in Russia is now actively growing, we see a healthy competitive environment in which we are ready to occupy our niche,” said Oleg Shalnov, Director of the Department of IT Project Management and Integration of Rosenergoatom, JSC.

“Considering the rapid development of digital technologies in our country, it is important to have domestic products that allow solving a wide range of tasks to ensure the applicability of these technologies. Identification of opportunities, optimization of the use of AI, registration of events and accumulation of knowledge: that's just a small part of the functions of the product, which we intend to develop over time, both in the form of an industry template that allows to work with data for AI, and a generally applicable registry of datasets in the Russian Federation,” said Boris Makevnin, General Director of Tsifrum.
