The Rostov nuclear power plant for the second time received «The trust certificate to the employer», issued within the «Declaring of Activities of the Entity on Implementation of Labor Rights of Workers and Employers» project. The program is implemented by State Labour Inspection with the assistance of the employers Union of the Rostov region since 2008.

In Rostov-on-Don enlarged meeting of the employers Union board of the Rostov region - regional department of the Russian union of industrialists and entrepreneurs on October 18 took place. At the request of the director of the Rostov nuclear power plant Andrey Salnikov part in meeting was taken by the HR manager of the Rostov nuclear power plant Alexander Bushnev.

First-priority in the agenda twas a question of sections discussion of the tripartite agreement draft between the area Government, Federation of trade unions and the Union of employers of the Rostov region on 2014-2016.

Representatives of business community paid special attention on problems of the investment climate forming in the region, including on unfairly high growth of rates for energy carriers for industrial enterprises.

Following the results of the draft discussion of the tripartite agreement the resolution according to which the project this document was approved as a whole and assumed as  basis for discussion at the meeting of the regional tripartite commission on regulation of the social and labor relations in the Rostov region was accepted.

Delivery of trust certificates became the solemn moment in work of the board. The head of State Labour Inspection – the chief state inspector of work in the Rostov region Nikolay Fedyanin and the president of the employers  Union Sergey Ryzenko handed over these important documents to seven organizations, among which was the Rostov nuclear power plant.

The purpose of this project is to increase of the organizations appeal in the labor market and achievement of new high-quality level of workers labor rights protection. For today in the register having certificates of trust are 15 entities, in whole there are about 200 thousand accounting entities supervision of observance of the labor law in which conducts work State inspection appear in the Rostov region.

Within five years - the period of the certificate action – the Rostov nuclear power plant will be excluded from the plan of the state labor inspection on carrying out obligatory annual checks, the entity resource for accomplishment of production tasks thereby increases.

The Rostovskaya nuclear power plant is a branch of JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom". The nuclear station is located on the bank of the Tsimlyansk Reservoir in 13,5 km from Volgodonsk. At nuclear station two power units with VVER-1000 reactors with an installed capacity of 1000 MWt are operated. The power unit No. 1 is put into commercial operation in 2001, the power unit No. 2 – in December, 2010.
