The Rosenergoatom: representatives of the Concern took part in the annual summit to develop nuclear energy

The leaders of the nuclear industry and government representatives discussed the current needs and future plans of the regions at the annual summit to develop nuclear energy, which was held from October 2 to 4 in Hungary.

The event was attended by delegations from the JSC "Rosenergoatom Concern" headed by the Deputy Director-General Stanislav Antipov.

During the event, a report on the activities of the "Rosenergoatom Concern" was presented and its capabilities in international projects, both as part of an integrated proposal of the  SC "Rosatom", and as an independent business player.

Working meetings with the leadership of the MVM (State Energy Holding MVM, Hungary and with the leadership of the NPP "Paks"). At the end of the visit was conducted at Paks.

The Joint Stock Company "Concern Rosenergoatom" includes all 10 nuclear power plants in Russia, which have the status of the branches of the Group, as well as enterprises, supporting companies. In total 10 Russian nuclear power plants have 33 operating units: 17 units with VVER reactors (of which 11 VVER-1000 and VVER-6 440 different versions); 15 units with RBMK reactors (11 units with RBMK-1000, four power reactors EGP-6); 1 unit with a fast neutron reactor with sodium-cooled BN-600. Share of electricity generated by nuclear power plants in Russia is about 17%.
