The Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC 2015 annual report has been published

The Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC 2015 annual report has been published on the company’s website. The Russian power industry safety fostering and new business development are the key points of the documents.

In 2015, the Russian nuclear power stations have set another record in the electric power industry production: 195.2 billion kilowatt-hours, which is 108.2% compared to the last year’s output. The balance task has been 103.2% completed. The nuclear power plants’ total capacity ratio has also increased by 86% in 2015 (81.6% in 2014). The Concern’s revenue in 2015 was 263.76 billion rubles, which is 4.2% higher compared to the one in 2014. The net profit has increased up to 13.9 billion rubles, which is 50% more than the one in 2014.

During the reporting campaign, the content and the priority topics of the document were discussed with lots of people involved. The representatives of the governmental authorities, environment protection and non-governmental organizations, business partners, and the medias have paid a visit to the Novovoronezh NPP to see how it operates.

The Rosenergoatom’s integrated annual report is traditionally based on the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative, GRI, version G4, the International Integrated Reporting Council, the ??1000 series of standards on cooperating with the parties involved by AccountAbility, and the basic performance indicators by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. 


The report also goes through the procedure of an independent financial and non-financial audit, with its compliance with the GRI’s governance relevancy principle to be confirmed. In 2016, the Concern has had its 2015 report publicly verified at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs for the first time in history.
