On June 19 there started a scheduled inspection of permanent works ТPower Units 3, 4 of Rostov NPPУ by the integrated task team of Don Interregional Territorial Department of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor).

The task team is headed by Vladimir Belov Р Deputy Head of Don Interregional Territorial Department of Rostekhnadzor.

Inspection subject: adherence to the regulatory requirements of standard legal acts, performance requirements, design documentation, high-quality work performance during the construction of Units 3 and 4 of Rostov nuclear power plant.

The results of the work of the integrated task team of Rostekhnadzor will be filed under an act.

Rostov NPP is a branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC. The enterprise is situated on the bank of Tsimlyansk Reservoir at 13,5 km from Volgodonsk. NPP operates two power units with VVER-1000 reactors with the capacity of 1,000 MW. Unit 1 was commissioned in 2001 and Unit 2 Р in December 2010.
