On October 17, 2013 enlarged meeting of Arbitration committee JSC "Rosenergoatom"Concern under the chairmanship of Director general Evgeny Romanov took place following the results of the work for the 4th quarter of 2012 and 9 months of 2013.

By analogy to the state management system in JSC "Rosenergoatom" Concern the principle of the authorities separation is implemented: the legislative is "Rosatom" State corporation, executive is structural divisions and the branches of Concern which are carrying out purchases, judicial is Arbitration committee.

In the performance the chief controler Vladimir Tatarchuk noted that the purpose of Arbitration committee creation is not only protection of own interests, but also the maximum involvement of business in our purchases

Creation of the Arbitration committee became the efficient tool not only of the procurement controls, but also implementation of precontractual control. As a rule, decisions according to claims are made within ten days.

Speech of the Arbitration committee chairman Lyudmila Voropay was devoted to standard violations and shortcomings of purchasing activity.
