On August 28 in Tver in the Museum and Exhibition Centre n.a. L.Chaykina of the Tver Regional House of Folk Arts, there has been opened a photo exhibition ТKalinin NPP. Thousands of Megawatts of ReliabilityУ.

The exhibition is timed to the 20th anniversary of the Concern Rosenergoatom and dedicated to the construction, start-up and forthcoming industry commencing of Unit 4 of Kalinin nuclear power plant. 

The photos depicted the basic stages of the unitХs construction, key events, and, of course, the main participants - builders, assemblers, fettlers and the operational personnel. And also Р landscapes, urban sketches and photo-canvas about the beauty of the lake region.

The author of the photographs Р Yevgeny Fadin, a master of feature photography and photojournalism, is a photographer of Kalinin NPP with over thirty years of experience. 

The exhibition gives an idea of Kalinin nuclear power plant Р the largest power generating enterprise of the Tver region, allows learning about the life of nuclear engineers and enjoying the art of feature photography. 

The photo exhibition will be opened till September 8.

Kalinin NPP is a branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC. The Plant is situated on the north of the Tver Region in Udomelsk district. Kalinin NPP includes four power units with pressurized water reactors (VVER-1000) each one having the installed capacity of 1,000 MW.
