On June 24, 2011, at 04:31 p.m. power unit No. 3 of Novovoronezh NPP was connected to the grid after the PPR (scheduled preventive repair) and the nuclear fuel reload had been over.

The following main operations were fulfilled in the repairing period: reload of the nuclear fuel, capital repairs of steam generators Nos. 1 and 2; those of main circulation pumps, turbine generator No. 9; midlife repairs of the reactor unit, turbine sets Nos. 9 and 10; turbine generator No. 10; current repairs of steam generators Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6; control of RO and TO pipe installations metal equipment.

In the period of PPR-2011 realization steady steps in the area of RPS (Rosatom production system) implementation were made at power unit No. 3 of Novovoronezh NPP.

At present power unit No. 4 of Novovoronezh NPP is operating at normal mode. In September, 2010 power unit No. 5 was shutdown due to the works aimed at its operation life prolongation.
