Leningrad NPP: on February 12, power unit No.4 will be shut down for scheduled capital midlife repair

On February 12, at 19:30 Leningrad NPP power unit No.4 will be shut down for scheduled capital midlife repair that is planned to have been finished by April of the current year. 

At present, power units Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 are operated in a standard mode. The total capacity according to the dispatch schedule is 4,154 MW. There are no remarks concerning the units operation.

Electric power production since the beginning of the month is equal to 989.8 M kW, since the year began Р 4,011 B kW (the data as of 02.10.2011, inclusively). The power production index for the years of operation is 822,658 B kW.

According to the automated control system, the radiation background in the area of Leningrad NPP location and in a 30 km control area does not differ from the natural environmental values.
