Leningrad NPP has held the first contest on intellectual games ТWhat? Where? When?У among employees of the nuclear power plant, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Rosenergoatom Concern.

The event was organized by the Youth organization of Leningrad NPP under the auspices of the plant administration. 5 teams of various LNPP divisions participated in the contest.

Along with the plan of the game, all of the teams answered the questions simultaneously. The winners were determined according to the number of correct answers. The contest, which has been lasting in total for three hours, was held in three rounds of 12 questions each.

A picked team, members of which were specialists of the radiation protection, labour protection, nuclear security and reliability offices as well as technological management and security services of LNPP, became a winner of the contest. The second prize was awarded to a team consisting of the staff office, technological management service, and turbine shop. The third prize went to a team of the Youth organization consisting of employees of the Public Information Centre, reactor shop, preparation and maintenance office, and office for inspection and safety control of LNPP.

The reactor shop presented the greater number of players. The best player was Burykin Denis, an employee of the reactor shop. Among the players of the economic planning office, the most distinguished was Joan Belova, an Acting Head of the office. The best captain was declared Denis Dodonov, a captain of the economic planning team.

This event according to the unanimous opinion of the contest participants should be held regularly Р at least once every six months. ТThis is a great exercise for the mind,У consider employees of the Leningrad NPP.

In April of the current year the winning team of intellectual games of the Leningrad nuclear power plant will go to defend the honor of the plant in the game "What? Where? When? " to Novovoronezh NPP.
