Kalinin NPP: the Collective agreement for 2010 is executed

Collective agreement for 2010 at the Kalinin NPP (Tver Region) is fulfilled. Delegates to the Labor Collective Conference have unanimously voted pro on March 30.


Voicing the last year results, Kalinin NPP Director Leonid I. Martynovchenko has noted: ТThe Basic obligations of the Kalinin NPP in 2010 have been fulfilled. Following the results of last year electric power generation amounted to 100.3 % of the plan (22 billion 396.9 million kilowatt-hour). The plan on electric power delivery is fulfilled by 100.8 % (21 billion 321.1 million kilowatt-hour delivered). Utilization factor of the set power has also exceeded the planned targets Р 85.22 %. There were no accidents and infringements above zero level, classified by the INES international scale. Nuclear safety state corresponds to the regulations requirements in atomic engineering. The employer has executed all social and economic obligations in fullУ.


The Certificate on the execution of Collective agreement, prepared by permanent commission on holding collective negotiations, has been examined on the eve of the Conference at the meetings of the NPP divisions. The workers have supported the Collective agreement and recognized it as executed in 2010.

Kalinin NPP is a branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC. The plant is situated in the north of Tver region in Udomlya district. Kalinin nuclear power plant comprises three operating power units with pressurized water reactors (VVER-1000) of 1,000 mW capacity each. Power unit No. 4 is under construction now and is to be commissioned in 2011.
