From May 16-20 the VII International Championship in intellectual games among nuclear branch and industry young workers was being held at Balakovo NPP.

The intellectual battles gathered at the game tables the teams of the central office and six Concern plants - Balakovo, Beloyarsk, Kursk, Leningrad, Novovoronezh and Smolensk NPPs.

ТHolding of another intellectual forum proves that purposeful, creative and well-educated young people - the future of our nuclear branch - are working at Russian NPPsУ, Balakovo NPP Deputy HR Director Viktor Basov said.

The tournament started with the game ТWhat? Where? When?У on the results of which the first prize was given to Balakovo NPP. In order to define the winners of the second and third prizes an additional mini-tour had to be conducted between the teams of Kursk and Smolensk NPPs, which had been given the equal number of scores. As a result, Kursk NPP became the owner of the second prize.

On the next day the teams were to play the ТBrain-RingУ game. The winner had been revealed in the process of 21 intellectual meetings between the competing teams. This title was given to Smolensk NPP. Balakovo NPP was given the second prize and third one was handed in to Kursk NPP. The most useful gamer was detected according to results of the ТBrain-RingУ. It was specialist of Smolensk NPP Public Information Centre Roman Petrov.

Appealing to the players, Deputy General Director Councilor Р Director of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC HR, Social and Administrative Affairs Director Evgeny Churkin noted that the devotion to the games of the kind had come out to a serious level and joined atomists into real intellectual movements at many of the NPPs. This brought a great use in the sphere of the solidation and development of the nuclear plantsХ employees.
