Bilibino NPP: 79 mln kWh of electric power has been generated in the first half year
Bilibino NPP has generated 79.141 mln kWh of electric power for the first half year of 2011.
The electric power generation in June of the current year was equal to 9.84 mln kWh.
In the second quarter the target figure of heat power headersХ supply was fulfilled by 106%.
Totally, 108.297 thousand of Gcal has been supplied from the headers since the year beginning.
As of June 5 Bilibino NPP operates power units Nos. 1 and 2. The dispatch task is being fulfilled.
Power unit No. 3 is in Тcold reserveУ due to dispatch limitations. Power unit No. 4 is under scheduled preventive repair.
The radiation background in the area of the plant and the adjacent territory corresponds to the level of power unitsХ normal operation and does not exceed the natural environmental values.
