Balakovo NPP Implements Output Plan of May for 104,3 %
Balakovo NPP in May operated safely and reliably. For the month the power units of the nuclear power plant generated 2,944 billion kWh of electricity, or 104,3 % of the planned task of FTS of Russia.
The installed capacity utilization factor (ICUF) has made 98,9 %.
At present, Balakovo nuclear power plant operates four power units. They work at the capacity installed by the dispatch schedule.
The radiation background at the nuclear plant and the adjacent territory corresponds to the level of power unitsХ normal operation and does not exceed the natural environmental values.
