An employee of Balakovo NPP, Artem Savin, has become a winner of the contest for young employees of the enterprises of Rosatom State Corporation, ТInnovative Leader of the Nuclear IndustryУ, which was held as part of the Youth Forum ТThe Fast and the Furious-2012У.

For the contest, the young nuclear expert presented his project ТIntroduction of Devices for Tightening Fasteners of Flanged Connections at Balakovo NPPУ.

In total, 20 young professionals have become the winners of the contest, and each of them will receive a bonus in the amount of 200 thousand rubles. According to the contest terms, a participant may spend his bonus either on the project itself, educational programs, participation in the conferences or upgrading his skills.

In addition, 12 participants, who passed to the final part of the contest, but did not become winners, will receive the performance bonus in the amount of 55 thousand rubles each.

The contest of innovative ideas has been carried out since 2011. This year it was attended by about 100 participants representing all the subdivisions of Rosatom, as well as the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
