Balakovo NPP Completes Third Stage of Awareness Days
Balakovo NPP held the final meeting with the staff as part of the third stage of the Awareness Days, which takes place from June 4 to 20 at all enterprises of Rosatom State Corporation.
The purpose of these meetings is to deliver the important information to employees to aware them about what happens in the industry, how and why specific steps and decisions are chosen, and to organize a dialogue with the staff.
Sergey Funtov, Acting Deputy Director for Staff Management of Balakovo NPP, conducting the meeting told about the main issues and solutions of the annual conference of the industry managers, held in May, which was dedicated to the results of 2011 and targets for 2012-2014.
Sergey Funtov familiarized the representatives of the main subdivisions of the plant with the answers of the industry managers for the questions raised by the employees of our plant during the Awareness Days in February 2012 Р on creation of a unified system of monitoring the execution of organizational and administrative documentation, receiving information on availability of job vacancies at other NPPs, and projects on the youth involvement in the industry.
He noted that according to the results of all the events held at NPP within the third stage of the Awareness Days Р from the meetings within subdivisions to the meetings of managers of subdivisions and young professionals with the manager of the plant Р there will be composed a list of issues. And all of them, except those issues, which are solved at the level of the plantХs management, will be forwarded to the management of the State Corporation.
The participants of the Awareness Day also watched the video-addressing of Rosatom State Corporation Director, Sergey Kiriyenko, devoted to the issues of the workersХ interest on the prospects and development of the industry.
At the end of the meeting, S.Funtov announced about the decision made some hours earlier by the contest committee on summing up of the contest ТThe Best NPP of Russia-2011У: the first prize was awarded to Balakovo and Rostov NPPs. The audience greeted this message with loud applause
