A meeting of the Тround tableУ devoted to the questions of career promotion has been held at Novovoronezh NPP

An evaluative business game ТFrontrunnerУ in a form of a round table on the topic of ТCareer promotion Р ways and methods of career purposes achievementУ was held in Novovoronezh NPP public information centre in accordance with the program and schedule of work with young specialists for 2011.

Heads of the enterprise and its department, engineers and electric locksmiths on electrical devices maintenance, economists and engineer-equipment inspector of turbine equipment and representatives of other specialties of the nuclear plant took part in its work.

A sensible dialogue, in the course of which the parties exchanged their opinions of mutual interest, took place there. Thus, Deputy HR Director Anatoly Levadny in a detailed way told the gathered people about the programs now realized at Novovoronezh NPP.

This is a large benefits package, which includes various types of material encouragement and social payments, and other labor, social and economic questions. In particular, as for the young people there is a partial compensation of the expenses for correspondent studies; delivering of material aid for wedding or delivery of a child; for keeping children in preschool interest-free purposeful demand loan for the construction of an individual accommodation is provided, etc. Young specialists shared their opinions concerning work.

After the round table had been finished, a testing aimed at evaluation of leadersХ and creative potential of the young employees was held. ТA promising future is waiting for the young specialists, all of them will be demanded, because now the nuclear power industry is a branch which is dynamically developedУ, Deputy Director Anatoly Levadny noted.

The Тround tableУ was organized by the personnel department and the laboratory of psychophysical security of Novovoronezh NPP within the framework of the plan of the nuclear plant young specialistsХ development. It consists of several stages. For example, ТMe and my enterpriseУ presupposes adaptation and involvement of young 
specialists into the concern corporate culture. The stage ТMe and my professionУ presupposes the development of professional and technical skills. ТMe and my careerУ touches upon the development and innovational, scientific and technical potential, revealing leadersХ qualities and career planning.
