Rosenergoatom has completed the delivery of the technical and regulatory documentation for the Armenian NPP as a part of the pilot engagement
The Rosenergoatom Joint-Stock Company (a part of Electric Power Divions of the Rosatom State Corporation) has completed its activities under the initial arrangement with a foreign customer in order to deliver the technical and regulatory documentation related to the launch, operation, life extension, and shutdown of a nuclear power plant.

In 2018, Russian nuclear power plants (branches of Rosenergoatom) set a new electricity production record which is 204.275 bln kilowatt-hours, accrued cumulative output and exceeded achievement of 2017 (202.868 bln kWh) by more than 1.4 bln kWh.

The 1st power block of the Leningrad NPP – the lead one in the RMBK-1000 series – has been stopped following 45 years of safe operation
On December 21, at 11:30 PM, following 45 years of safe operation, the 1st power block of the Leningrad nuclear power plant (an affiliate of the Rosenergoatom Joint-Stock Company, the Electric Power division of Rosatom) was fully stopped. This was the lead power block in the RBMK-1000 series and the first 1000 megawatt high-power reactor in the USSR.
