All low pressure heaters (HLP) have been delivered in an installation zone of the turbine building of the power unit No. 1. Now reconciliation and installation are being carried out to a project provision.

After the end of these works specialists will start pipelines installation of regeneration system of the low pressure turbine plant which delivery will be started in January, 2014. The supplier of pipelines is JSC «Power Machines».

Upon installation completion of all regeneration system of low pressure hydraulic testing will be carried out.

The regeneration system of low pressure is intended for heating by perfect steam of the turbine main condensate. Together with perfect steam from flowing part of turbine installation there is a dehumidification that, in turn, raises the efficiency and reliability of the turbine subsequent steps work.

Works on installation of the low pressure heaters take place in a regular mode, with observance of all requirements of industrial safety and under control of turbine shop specialists of the Leningrad NPP-2.
