On August 2 the Kalinin NPP power unit ?4 will be shut down for a routine medium maintenance, which will last until September 8 this year.

The radiation background on the nuclear power plant and around its arrangement is at the level corresponding to normal operation of power units, and doesn't exceed natural background values.   The Kalininskaya nuclear power plant is a branch of JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom".
