On May 17-18, 2011 Novovoronezh NPP was visited by the group of General inspection of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC led by General Inspector Eric Pozdyshev. He met Director of the NPP Vladimir Povarov and the experts of the nuclear power plant, and held a working meeting with Chief Inspector of the Novovoronezh NPP Alexander Kogtev. 

Besides the solution of some working issues, the General Inspector has arrived bearing in mind one pleasant occasion. Resident Inspector Victor Zabava who performs the functions of inspection monitoring at the Novovoronezh NPP, following the results of 2010 is recognized to be the best Resident Inspector within Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC. He was thanked officially by General Director of Rosenergoatom Concern and the Reading and awarded Certificate of Merit of the General Inspector.

Victor Zabava has been working in atomic engineering for 34 years now, 30 years - at the Novovoronezh NPP. Has passed all steps: from the operator of the reactor unit to the Shift Chief of change of the NPP. He has been working in the central office for four years. It is the second time now, when he becomes the best Resident Inspector. 

Chief Engineer of the Novovoronezh NPP Alexey Schukin has noted: ТI have known Victor Nikolaevich for a long time now: we were working together as the Shift Chiefs of the NPP. He is a magnificent expert, he thoroughly knows nuclear plant. Therefore he helps me, Chief Engineer, and all the heads to keep the level of operation and the order at the NPP. I am grateful to Victor Nikolaevich for such constructive work. I also think that the Concern has fairly recognized him to be the best.
