ТI would like to acknowledge good work of LPFO of Balakovo NPP. Today it supports all the necessary areas of the activity,У Chairman of the Committee, Larisa Anryushkina, noted. ТAs a positive practice, we noted the work of Balakovo colleagues, having assessed their psychophysiological state with the use of hardware and software complex OMEGA-M, which allows qualitative and detailed revealing of the dynamics of the functional state of the operational staff. One more positive practice is a work on recovery of the functional reserves of the operational staff with the use of biofeedback. This allows objective evaluating of the dynamics of psychological and psychophysiological support. I will also note that LPFO of Balakovo NPP is situated at the most beautiful place, on the territory of the health and recreation resort. The psychological support to the staff is very efficient here.У

The Laboratory for Psychophysiological Support of Balakovo NPP passed the check successfully. The committee certified LPFO for 5 years.
