IAEA experts visited the Novovoronezh NPP as part of the preparation for the upcoming OSART mission in 2024
On August 5, 2022, a three-day visit to the Novovoronezh NPP of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) delegation ended. Agency experts participated in the preparations for the OSART mission scheduled to be held in the NVNPP in March 2024.

Prospects for the production of cobalt-60 were discussed at the Beloyarsk NPP
At the Beloyarsk NPP they considered the possibility of producing cobalt-60 in the BN-800 reactor, which is in demand in medicine and industry.  Under the leadership of Nikita Konstantinov, Deputy General Director - Director for Business Development of Rosenergoatom, the project for the production of a useful isotope was discussed by the leaders and specialists of the Beloyarsk NPP, the Scientific Division of Rosatom "Science and Innovations", the Physico-Energy Institute named after  A.I. A unique floating nuclear thermal power plant began to supply heat to the second microdistrict of the city of Pevek in Chukotka
The first heat from a floating nuclear thermal power plant (FNPP, a project of the Rosatom State Corporation) has recently arrived in residential buildings of the second Geologist microdistrict in Pevek (Chukotka Autonomous Okrug). Therefore, as of today, the share of FNPP in providing the settlement with heat has amounted to almost ¾ of the entire housing stock of Pevek.
