The Leningrad NPP: the power unit ?3 workig at 100% capacity

On October 25 at 21:30 after the fault elimination of the turbogenerator ?5 the Leningrad NPP power unit ?3 was connected to the network. It is working at 100% power capacity at the moment and carries the load of 1020 MW. There are noo comments to its operation.

The power unit ?2 is in a planned overhaul, the power unit ?1 and ?4 continue to operate in accordance with the dispatch schedule and are carrying the planned load of 1840 MW.

The Leningrad nuclear power plant is JSC "Rosenergoatom Concern" branch. The station is located in the city Pine Pine forest, in 80 km to the west of St. Petersburg on the bank of the Finland Gulf. The Leningrad NPP is the country's first station with RBMK-1000 reactors (uranium - graphite nuclear reactors of channel type on thermal neutrons). 4 power units by electric capacity of 1000 MWt everyone are operating on the nuclear power plant.
