Malinov Sergey Vladimirovich

Deputy Director General-Director for Reforms and Corporate Management

Sergey Vladimirovich Malinov was born in Obninsk, Kaluga region, in 1973.

In 1995 he graduated from the “Finance and Credits” Department of the Financial Academy of the RF Government.

In 1993-1995 he was expert, head of department at Globex Bank, expert at Globex Trade House JSC( Moscow).

In 1995-2000 he was the Deputy Director General of the Insurance Pension Fund of Rosgosstrakh.

In 2000-2001 he was the expert-analyst of the chief accountant service of the “MiG” Russian Aircraft Corporation.

In 2001 Malinov was appointed as the Ddirector General of MiG-RosT FSUE.

In 2001-2004 he was the Deputy Director-the Director for Marketing of Lukhovtsy Aircraft Manufacturing and Testing Complex, the Deputy Director General-Director of the Asset Restructuring and Modernization Program of “MiG” Russian Aircraft Corporation.

In 2004-2006 Malinov was the Deputy Director General for Strategic Development-the Head of the Sales Department of MiG-RosT OJSC and in 2005-2006 – the advisor of the director for restructuring at the Russian Federal Nuclear Center-All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics (VNIIAEF, Sarov).
 
In 2006 Malinov was appointed as the Deputy Director for Reforms and Corporate Management, the Deputy Director General-the Director for Reforms and Corporate Management of Energoatom Concern OJSC (Rosenergoatom Concern FSUE, before corporization).
