Boyarkin Sergey Alexandrovich

Deputy Director General-Director for Design Engineering of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC

Boyarkin Sergey Alexandrovich was born in Kaliningrad in 1962.

In 1984 he graduated from Radio-physics Department of Gorky N.I.Lobachevsky State University.

In 1984-1992 he worked at the Research Institute of Measuring Systems in Nizhniy Novgorod: laboratory engineer, researchers, senior researcher of the scientific research sector, head of the bureau of consumer goods, head of the bureau of international relations.

In 1992 Boyarkin was appointed as head of the Commercial Department, then, head of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of Nizhnegorodskaya Yarmarka company (Nizhniy Novgorod).

In 1992-1993 he was commercial director of Nizhnegorodskaya Khlebnaya Torgovlya company (Nizhniy Novgorod).

In 1993-1994 he was president of NPAZA CJSC (Nizhniy Novgorod).

In 1994-1995 Boyarkin was executive director of the Department for Scientific-Technical and Industrial Development of Sistema joint stock financial corporation, Moscow.

In 1995-1999 he was head of the Commercial Department of Moscow Polymetal Plant, Moscow.

In 1998 he graduated from the Law Department of Moscow State Law Academy.

In 1999-2000 Boyarkin was head of the Credit Department of Conversebank, Moscow.

In 2000-2002 he was head of the Department for Financing and Crediting of Investment Programs and, then, vice chairman of the Board of Ingosstrakh-Soyuz, Moscow.

In 2002 Boyarkin was appointed as first deputy director general of Moscow Polymetal Plant, Moscow.

In 2002-2004 he was vice president for corporate clientele of North-Eastern Alliance Bank, Moscow, and, simultaneously, first deputy director general of Moscow Polymetal Plant, Moscow.

In 2004-2005 he was director general of PEM-Invest CJSC, Moscow, and, simultaneously, director general of Promelektromontazh OJSC, Moscow.

In 2005-2006 Boyarkin was deputy director general for economy of the Central Research Institute of Management, Economics and Information of the Ministry of Atomic Energy of Russia, Moscow.

In 2006-2007 he was deputy director general for economy of the Central Research Institute of Management, Economics and Information of Rosatom, Moscow.

In 2007-2009 he was deputy director general of VNIIAES, Moscow.

Feb 4 2009 Boyarkin was appointed as Deputy Director General-Director for Design Engineering of Energoatom Concern OJSC.
